Annoyed!

First off, whats up y'all! its been a bit since I posted. Since then we picked up a new 2012 MCS Convertible.

Im noticing some annoying things with these cars.
Service life of parts!
My 2010 MCS needed its timing chain replaced at 51k.

My wife's 2012 just needed a water pump at 43k (yes, she drives a lot)

The Mini dealer in Annapolis is awesome, But im spending too much damn time there!

also, what are your thoughts on aftermarket foglight assemblies? Both of the 2012's housings are cracked, the left one filled with water and killed the bulb, Mini said they couldn't do anything and that they are 600.00/pair to replace.

sorry for the rant post considering its been almost 2 years since I last jumped on NAM.

Unfortunate for the timing belt, but, it should last longer as a result. And good that your wives water pump was under warranty.
