What type of MINI? I'm guessing Countryman, since the others don't have rear doors (except one on the Clubman).

Countryman instructions are in this thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...oor-panel.html

On R53 it mostly pops off after removing some screws, just have to do it carefully so as not to damage the clips.

Pretty sure every model has similar panels. Remove the screws, then start on a corner. Pry and lift gently and the nearest clip will pop loose. Then just work your way around. Easy-peasey.

Now I'm confused.

First, doorS? How many rear doors do you have on your R50?

Second, if you mean the rear hatch... why would you remove it? The wiring doesn't go there.

Third, Do you mean the front doors?

I think the OP has lost us by referring to them as door panels but actually means the side panels in the rear seat.... the one that contains the rear speakers.

Never removed those but I would think they have the same kind of clips holding them in place.

Taking out the rear seats is really easy. The bottom piece just takes a tug upward. The seat backs are a little tricky, but I'm sure you can find a how-to if you search.
