This post gives pretty much no information. What year is your MCS? How long have you had it? Why doesn't it look as nice? Maybe you need to wash/wax/detail it. Do you still have Run-Flat tires? Ditch those for conventional rubber and the ride greatly improves. However if you really hate it, maybe MINI just isn't for you, and it's time to trade it in.

A MINI is a sporty car, not a boat. If you want comfort, get a Lincoln.
Just a few weeks ago, I drove my gen 1 MINI through the roughest roads I've ever seen, It jarred the Aux port add-in out of my radio. Still had great fun driving it. Reminded me of the main straight at Silverstone(iirc). nothing like a 100 mph romp on rough concrete slab paving.

More specifics would help.Maybe its just the runflats that you may have.I changed mine out for Michelin all season and can't be happier. They are great little fun cars,Changing a few simple things can make a big difference. The year, mileage and more details can help determine the problems you are having. This forum is great for suggestions and some insight to help you.

I guess the 'ride' is all relative cause though I've read of people on NAM saying the runflats were too harsh, or the sports suspension was too harsh, and in the OPs car, the stock suspension is too harsh, but I'm not finding the JCW suspension with runflats too harsh at all.
Maybe it has to with expectations? From reading on the forums, I was expecting super stiff and harsh, but its not the case for me.

I don't understand why people would think this is a harsh ride? Maybe your roads are just **** and no matter what you buy there will be no solution to your problem. You bought an MCS which has a stiffer suspension ... Try finding a softer profile tire or go with all season tires to soften your ride up more. Or just sell/trade in the car if it's that much of a problem.
If you think your suspension is tough try riding in my last vehicle i owned. Coming to a MINI mcs for me is like luxury.
This was my suspension setup in my last car. It was like a 2,000 lb. vibrator.

OP: My grandfather has this nice 1996 Buick regal with 'Dynaride', now THAT thing is comfy going over potholes and rough pavement. Guess u better ditch the coopie and look for something better.
For some reason the first post reminds me of a 16 year old who didn't get the color of her BMW she wanted and is throwing a fit....maybe maybe not???

What i find weird on post #1 is that they "had" a nav. either you "have" a NAV or not. And it the car "doesn't look nice anymore". How does a car riding stiff no longer make your car not look nice anymore? PPL this is what happens when you buy your 16 year old a car and they wreck the darn thing!

Interesting post--
Two sentences, with a grand total of one capital letter, one comma and one period between them.
I was initially thinking "English as a second language", but now I'm not sure -- as proposed earlier in the thread, it may just be "douchebag teenager" instead.
