Option Plugs in the rear?

I was looking for pre-wired amp plugs in the back side compartments and found unusual looking plugs...can anyone tell me what these are for? they're on the right side...

CD changer goes there in the R53 and is prewired. It could be the same for your car but I don't know for sure.
