Can I expect a deal on a new MINI?

Hi folks,

It's been years since I had my last MINI and I'm considering another. Since the MINI is going to be tweaked a bit soon, are dealers "dealing" a bit on existing stock? I saw a $1,500 cash-to-customer incentive on MINI.com - do you folks know of any others for a cash buyer?

Thanks for your help.

They are not dealing a whole lot from my recent experience. I live in VA but I used two dealers to compete with each other and got about $1000 off. But thats it.

How about when the 2011 models come out and they want to clear out the remaining 2010s? I would think you'd get some deals then.

Thanks for the replies, guys. While I assume that no dealer is going to really chop the price, I just wanted to be sure I knew about all of the incentives.

I may wait for the 2011's to start showing up, but it's tough to wait while the weather's so nice in my part of the country. Way, I'll be sure to say hello for you if I get out to Classic.

Orlando Mini is selling Verts at invoice

Call Orlando Mini because they are selling Convertables at dealer invoice.
There # is 1 407 835 2727

I was over there last week and they probably had at least 50 of them sitting on their lot. Ask for Kent Little and tell him Ronnie with the Red JCW & Mario sent you.

$1000 to $1500 about as good as you are going to get, unless you have dealers close together, here in SLC nearest dealer LV or Denver, you get nothing!!

Great discount...

I just bought a Mini Cooper Clubman at CROWN in Richmond, VA. They "comped" me the whole sunroof package....taking $1,750 off the MSRP....on top of that I took advantage of the 0.9% financing......I think that's a great deal. When we bought 2 Mini Coopers back in 2003 we paid full sticker price. This time around I was expecting to pay about $500 under sticker ....but $1,750 under sticker! Wow.....
