upgraded plug wires and ignition with an OBX one. Same specs as MSD, 40$ cheaper. and i've always loved OBX stuff i've installed on my Subarus, including ignition coils, exhausts, headers, and intakes.

So far in the last few days since I bought the MC new. Tinted windows. Blacked out rims. Mudflaps and today I'm installing the strut brace. FedEx just now dropped it off. I keep seeing pics of blue tinted lenses on the front lower running lights. Any feedback on how to accomplish that would be great.

Vinyl... Go to Rvinyl.com they have it.

(Tip) use a hairdryer and stretch it to the shade you want.

Looked at my baby and wrote down my "mods to do" list...nearly choked when i saw the total figure. Man being bitten by the mod bug when you're on a college budget really does suck. (Total cost ended up being $3693.00, shipping included and no I didn't have coilovers in the list.)

wow...we have almost the same car, including mods! I'm getting a JCW exhaust today, just installed the JCW strut brace, planning on black JCW challenge wheels in the spring! Kinda funny.

Don't choke. It's not as bad as you think. Lol

If you're not against buying used, then take your time and shop around. You'll come across alot of parts in great, slightly used, condition. Then all the $$$ you've saved can be put towards your coilovers ;-)

Ok since its been sitting at that all day, I will be the one to say it...

You gotta pay to play.

The hobby isn't cheap, and the makers of the products don't really care that you chose to pay to go to college.

Nearly got into a serious accident today, major traffic on the highway I take to school and the on ramp is 2 lanes but then merges into 1 (after on ramp traffic lights, aka green light left car goes then green light right car goes etc etc). So I had the green light to go and as i accelerate (one of the few times i can really go full WOT in sport) the mustang on my right (who had the red light and was not supposed to go) he accelerates, tire spinning, and basically gets infront of me, brake checks me (and by brake check I mean purposely braked as hard as he could in order to make me brake), then speeds off ahead of me on the freeway. Now I had to slam on the brakes, put car in neutral (something some driving instructor told me one time to do if you get in accidents like this) and had to pull up the emergency brake just to brake hard enough to avoid hitting him. What the heck did I do to deserve this?..

You really should have. My mini got pummeled by gravel from a dump truck that was 1/2am mile away. I could already see chips in my glass so I was just like f it. Sped up and past the truck. Got his info off the side door. Called the company and the cops.

This happens two Fridays ago. Company is now taking care of the 2,500 worth of damage to the car. And have it all on video thanks to my drift ghost dvr lol
