I recommend finding a nice jpeg of the logo and having Craig Burkett of Evergreen Graphics convert it to DXF for you.
He does all of my custom engraving designs, if I'm not able to draw them with my CAM program.

Do you have a high resolution, straight on picture of the logo? That would be helpful to make a vector from it. The images I see in google are all at some angle or not the logo that's on the car.
Maybe I'm not as good at vectoring as I thought... I tried some and it isn't going well. If you're wanting an engraving pattern, maybe AutoCAD would work best.
if an EPS file works, I probably can knock that out pretty quickly. Describe to me how much detail it needs to have. For engraving, I assume basic outlines?
