One said: “What a prat. He said he was out of his head and wanted to recreate the Italian Job. The car conked out and it’s in a right state. He made himself look an idiot. His parents had faces like thunder. Most people would love a car like that.”

The Brit's are cool.

Never give a kid a new car. Give them a tank because they probably will wreck it.

Wow. How irisponsible. Some people just dont appreciate anything.

If you look at the Mini closely you can see that the front end is really damaged. Ouch.

Its not the kid, its the parents. They should beat the parents for not teaching that brat.

An S wouldn't have made it, a JCW on the other hand would have cleared it easy goslo suckers

Mum and Dad will almost certainly bail him out and take care of things! I just wonder if they will repair the mini?

My thoughts exactly-it makes me sick when I see high school kids driving like idiots in cars way more expensive than they deserve, and they don't even appreciate how much it's worth or how hard you have to work to own one.

My boyfriend actually went to private school with a tool who purposefully wrecked his 3series BMW just because he wanted a new one......

Just putting this out there, My Mini is my first car, and I am VERY appreciative of it. I am still in High School.
I totally agree that this is probably the parent's fault (not that the kid shouldnt be in trouble). The kid definitely wasnt raised correctly.

Someone didn't watch the special features explaining the 24hr body shop to keep 34 MINIs running in the new Italian Job. I'd hate to be around when he decides to only blow the bloody doors off!

I hope the parents get it fixed up polished up and garage queen it until he moves out, let him earn the money for a bus pass, and after he moves out the parents will have a fun retirement car.
