My MINI picture of the day

I work in the Berkeley hills and it is not uncommon to see deer walk by my window. Today one walked right in front of my car (guess she was a MINI lover)! I grabbed my cell phone and here is my shot. I only wish that huge old grey car wasn't blocking my view. Needless to say, the deer didn't stick around too long once I went out to take the pic. Enjoy!

Best position for a MINI to be in when a deer strolls by - stationary. Nice photo.

Thanks! And I'd always rather say: "Oh dear, look, a deer."
than "Oh dear, that deer just bashed into my MINI."
Those deer incidents which cost dearly did spring to mind when I saw the photo.

Except in my car it would be " AWWW %*&@*!$@, that SOB &%^$#@ deer just trashed my car... ^*^#@&%#"

I wouldn't be quite so "endeared"

Terms of Endearment:
Deer stay in woods and off the asphalt
"Deer, stay away from the MINI and you won't become roadkill."

Deer all over around here..... if you hit one, you can have it....if you don't want it, the police have a list of people just waiting to come and collect it. So far, I've been lucky, but my wife has been victimized twice, both times the deer ran into the side of her car.

The deer population in Jersey got way out of hand, so this year there was a state-sanctiioned hunt. But a lot of the deer were diseased. So every deer brought in had to get tested. If it tested diseased, the hunter wasn't allowed to bring it home. Most had to be left there for cremation.
