New Member - bought an MCS 30 minutes ago!
Hi Folks - I'm new here but been browsing around for quite some time now. I have a mean looking X5 that guzzles gas like crazy. I bought my wife a 2007 MINI COOPER S and immediatley feel in love.
About 30 minutes ago I was at the dealership shopping around for an 08' Cooper S. Until I saw in the corner of my eye....a CPO'ed 2006 Cooper S. Dark Silver/Black roof with the following options/packages:
- Premium Package
- Sport Package
- Cold Weather Package
- Convenience Package
- Leather: Lounge Carbon Black Seats
- Park Distance Control
- NAV System
- BlueTooth/IPOD
and many others....
20k miles, clean in and out - $28k out the door. I will take pics when it arrives in an hour!
Thanks for looking!!
In the meantime....a picture of my other beast.

Congrats, and nice choice on the 06 "best of best" there's a lot of should I say discussions
over the 06/07 with is better thing, but of course I'm biased. Best modding for $$$ in power are CAI, 15% reduction supercharger pulley, and catback exhaust. Handling is a larger rear sway 19mm is most popular for road use and light track, 22mm for more serious applications. H&R make a nice 19mm that doesn't ever squeak due to it's bushing compound ( had one on my 02 MCS). You may also want to consider lowering. Welcome to the forum, looking forward to seeing a pic of your new baby.

Welcome to NAM, welcome to the world of MINIs and may you have many Happy Motoring Miles.
By the way, I'm not sure which you'll enjoy more, the MINI, the Modding of the MINI, or talking to other MINIACs.
