But then I end up driving my MINI vaaay too fast

I usually make random playlists on my ipod to listen to. Usually there's some Beatles, Hendrix, and some newer stuff like the Killers, Dropkick Murphys, or even a little Kanye West (I am a little embarrassed but his new CD is good)

I've posted in a few of these threads before, but every once in a while a new song comes to my attention for driving. Lately it's the theme from the movie 'Mission: Impossible.' It starts out with the TV show version in its original '5' time signature, and then switches to '4' - very cool!

OK guys, this may not be for your taste, it's like a either hit or miss, but it's a fav. driving song of mine since I was in 15. (20 Now) It's from a Racing/Drifting Anime called Initial D, so it's in the original Japanese format. But I just like the beat because it gets you really pumped for driving. This type of music is called Eurobeat. Enjoy.

Btw I know a lot of people are going to be like "oh boy, Anime, cartoons..." *Rolls eyes* check it out though, you might like it who knows. xD

I'm a lowrider guy and my mini will be lowered and plus I have a lowered 1951 Ford f1 truck that i'm restoring....

The ultimate song for the ocassion is the song, "Low Rider" by the group WAR from the 70's and if you have the woofers and amp to blast it...it sounds the best.

Lately if it isn't Stern, it's Say Anything or Saul William's The Invetible Rise and Liberation of Niggy Tardust. My "On the Road" playlist includes "The Rooster", some Pantera, and some White Zombie for when the mood strikes.

Yay Marilyn Manson.
I really like his "Lest we forget" best of CD I always start off with
The Beautiful People and then
http://youtube.com/watch?v=HCgBVvYDd_g
Reflecting God (my favorite!)
http://youtube.com/watch?v=zTX89SSPpSA (best part at 1:17)

I have also come to like the Fight Club soundtrack by the Dust Brothers, Especially: Stealing Fat, Who is Tyler Durden and Space Monkeys however it is great to listen to the whole thing front to back...

You might have to move to Canada for that.

I'd have to buy some flannel but at least I'd have a Grand Prix to go to.
