The big 4-0 next Tuesday. I was 38 when I got my MINI. And those who have called my MINI evidence of a mid-life crisis, my answer is that I wanted a little red convertible my entire life. It just took me 20 years to make enough money to get one. . .
So, the "What's your second car" thread got me thinking. What is the average age of a MINI owner/driver? A lot of participants of that thread indeed had a second (or even third!) vehicle.

I too am 23 (24 in Nov). I've wanted a MINI since 2002 when a whole slew of them drove into a car show I was volunteering at...sadly, my folks figured I didn't "need" one what with going to College and all...well, that's all done with now, got my first (of many) MINI !
If all goes well, my wife will be placing an order for her's sometime late 2008.
