MINIs Motoring Against Cancer
Great that the Banner is on the move
Just came up for a "breather" between tax returns. I think the best way to get the interest back is to take it to the Dragon, and let the interest generate from there. Also, clubs can make arrangements at the Dragon, as to how is will move.
Thanks to all, and especially MINIMark, for the follow-up.

If needed there will be a lot of THMMC members at the Dragon to hand it off to, before sending it on it's way again...

PS: A very big thank you to all that helped locate the Minis Motoring Against Cancer Banner!!!!
I'd love to do it!! But I never did get that sponsor to drive the banner from MINI event to MINI event.
We'll look to book a return event with the banner as it makes its way through the central US. I have some events for July and August that we could use as banner events.

We'd love to get it back out to you!
Life's good.
I got promoted!! Uncle Stinky to Grandpa Stinky, effective July!!
I loved the trips last year, to exchange the banner. Let's see, driving a MINI, meeting more MINI drivers, more driving a MINI, more MINI drivers. What else could you ask for!! Oh yeah, donating to an extremely important cause.
My wife (16 year survivor) and I completed our third Breast Cancer 3-Day last year, second time walking. We walked 65 miles over three days to further the fight against cancer. This year, we are back to being crew members.
Maybe we can do the SotaMINIs, Milwaukee MINIs, and Chicago MINIs meet in the Dells, and make it a BANNER event!!

I'm glad to hear sranderle and the banner made it safely back to MN! It was great to have a visitor at the KC Mini Meet and sranderle is just a swell guy--really!
We enjoyed your visit and would love to have the 'Sota MINIs join us for one of our club events!
Here are a couple of photos:

The Banner is near York, PA and Baltimore Maryland, is anyone going or know someone going to MOTD that could meet up with Dee & Keith and bring the banner with them to the Dragon?

Come on guy's, there has to be some one coming from or going through that area that the Banner can hitch a ride with... The Minis Motoring Against Cancer Banner has gone from the east coast to the west coast and back, moving totally hand to hand by good hearted Mini owners..

Anyone wanting the Banner please let us know!So please if anyone can give the Banner a ride to the Dragon it would be fantastic!!!
We haven't found anyone yet keith so we may need to do that if ya can. Whoever can take it to the Dragon can hand it off to Mark Vogler "Twister" the founder of the Tar Heel Mini Motoring Club!! We then can work on getting it on it's way again, hopefully from there...

Let me know if this will work for you.
Wow - I took a quick look last night - thought it was a little closer. I may be going by myself - in which case I get to rent a car at the train station. If I am going to be there for at least a night - I may be able to meet you half way somewhere. It's looking like next Tuesday to arrive there, but won't know for sure until tomorrow. Will advise when I have firm plans...
Big Motoring Hearts in action here folks!!!

Did you know that it is estimated that 20,000 people die everyday from Cancer, that means about 14 people died in the time it took me to edit this post......

OK - It's official.
I will arrive by train to Philly the night of 4/27, pick up a car and drive to King Of Prussia, staying at the Homewood Suites Valley Forge in Audobon, PA. On Tuesday 4/28, after 5 pm, I am available to meet you half way if that helps. Just pick a location that I can find with a GPS and I'll be there - would I be heading towards York, PA or Baltimore? I will train back to Richmond, VA on the 29th, and head out towards MOTD on the 30th, arriving in Fontana area on Friday the 1st. Please advise if this will work for you, and who I need to locate to hand the banner off to.
Great Euells!!! You will need to hand the Banner off to Mark Vogler (Twister on Nam) at the Dragon, he'll be staying at Fontana Village!! You can PM here on NAM and I'll also let him know too..
Thanks!!!!
Thanks!!!!
I will be in Hershey
Just realized that I will be in Hershey this weekend. Leaving Friday morning. If the previous plans with Euells are solid, fine. If not I will be at Hershey Park on Saturday.
