Manual trans fluid

Mine is an 03 non-S and I'm sure the trans could ude the scheduled maintenance. I'm at about 53,700 right now. My question is, what do I use? I've heard good things about RedLine which I can get through work. But, what weight?

Manual transmission typically use grease or gear oil. Fluid is usually for the automatic transmission. Just FYI.

I do not see in my owner's manual the weight of the lube used in the transmission though.

Yeah, I know and I see that I did quote it wrong. But, a lot of Honda's actually use 10W30 as manual trans fill. All I need is a weight and hopefully, a reccomendation.

Redline MTL (70W80) is a direct replacement for the OEM gear lube. I switched, felt no difference. Go with whatever is least expensive in the synthetics.
