What class am I in, lots of parts, Please Help

Im trying to figure out which SCCA class I would fit into for autocross next spring, I know my car will probably class high but I dont know were

Here's my list
-PSS9 Coilovers
-M7 under struts
-25mm rear sway
-Helix camber plates
-IE control arms
-K&N Intake
-Miltek headers
-Supersprint exhaust
-Alta short shift
-16x7 Rota slipstream
-205/50 tires

Soon to be
-harness
-recaro speed seat
-bigger brakes
-auto power roll bar
-ecu flash
-re-worked cylinder head

So does anyone know where I would class?

Are you talking about SCCA classing for autocrossing? If so, you're definitely out of Stock and STS classes. I'm not sure where the Cooper goes after that. If you were in an 'S', I'd say SM or SP for certain. I'll look in the rules a little bit and get back to you, unless someone else knows for certain.

EDIT - a quick skimming of the rules shows that the bigger brakes would kick you out of Street Prepared (there may be other things that kick you out as well - I stopped looking after I found out about the brakes). So, it looks like you'll be in SM (Street Modified).

You're welcome - I looked further into the rules for SM, and it doesn't look like the M7 underbody struts are legal in that class, either. The problem is, although subframe reinforcements are allowed in SM, they can't have any braces that go side-to-side from one side of the car to another. You have to have a separate front-to-back brace on each side of the car, with no connections between them.

So, it looks like the M7 braces would bump you all the way to the "Prepared" category, which is where non-street-legal, fully-prepped race cars generally end up.

I would either remove the M7 braces when you compete, or see if the local club you're autocrossing will give you a break on them. If you're just doing this at the local level for fun and skill-building, they may not have a problem with it. The idea of putting your Cooper in "Prepared" just for the braces would probably seem pretty funny to them.

^^ well I am doing this for fun and just for the sack of getting my car on the track so I guess I don't really care what cars I run against. If I wanted to race competitively I would have kept my car H-stock legal, but I guess I passed that point a long time ago.

What if I took off the understruts and didnt do the brakes, what class would I be in then?

You would sell the MINI

we cant compete with the way the SCCA has classed us. Stock or prepared...

good luck though, since you are just doing this for fun, you will have fun...

What's changed? I thought the MINIs have pretty much been dominating G-Stock class. I know that at the 2006 Nationals, MINIs took 23 of the 24 top spots (the only non-MINI in the top 24 was in eighth place).

Was there some big upset at the 2007 Nationals that I haven't heard about yet?

(going off to try to find 2007 results now...)

Just checked - at the 2007 Solo2 Nationals last month, G-Stock was virtually dominated by MINIs. The only non-MINIs in G-Stock finished 10th, 24th, and 26th. There weren't as many MINIs in H-Stock, but one did finish 2nd in the class.

EDIT - Katmeho, I just now noticed that your MINI is a JCW. Yep, that does suck, class-wise. The Mazda RX-8 pretty much owns B-Stock.

Well, I think you'd be in SM then. If you didn't do the cylinder head work, you might be able to stay in STS - I'd have to look and see if the racing seat is STS-legal.
