That sounds fantastic, but I think those are just the upgraded tips when you get the aero kit.

There is a "JCW Sport Silencer" that looks like one you get when you do the JCW Tuning Kit upgrade on the R55/R56/R57 models (it has the JCW logo stamped onto the tips).

Great vid though. Thanks for posting!

Let's just say I have on good authority that these are oem JCW Exhaust. Albeit test pipes, but they are JCW. This Countryman is the JCW test vehicle.

Thanks for the compliments.

Well in that case "hip, hip hooray" and I'll defer to your good authority. Just to clarify, is this a test car for a factory JCW Countryman or the JCW tuning kit?

Thanks again. Just love that burble...

Are the Countryman JCW exhausts being sold yet? If so where can I buy them?

They are attached to the aero kit (not to the physical exhaust system). If you look at the exhaust you will see where they cut the standard S tips off of the pipes out of the muffler. These tips aren't even attached to the exhaust. NO JCW LOGO ON THESE TIPS!!

Anyone done a Resonator Delete on a Countryman S yet and care to post a link to a video/sound clip?

I just got done with removing the 2nd cat and resonator a few hours ago. I replaced them both with a Magnaflow 4" 'muffler' in order to cut down the rasp.

I got to hear the exhaust straight from the headers with no cat or resonator, and it was not pretty - it honestly sounded like loud whiny crap (and this is coming from a LSx header-dump sort of guy).

I'll put a new thread up tonight with more info, pics of the cat/res, etc.
