Yeah, I actually just swapped them from the MCS when I took delivery of the JCW. They only had 5k miles on them at the time. Thanks, I'm very happy with the LEDs for sure.

I have not posted in a while. I have my 2009 JCW for 5 years now. It started out looking like this. It came with the factory aero kit which they do not offer any more:

So, I have a weird question. Has MINI stopped putting the little black and white checkered decal on the passenger side dash of JCWs? My 2010 R56 JCW had it, but I just noticed that my 2014 R58 JCW doesn't.

Did they stop doing it, or do I have an oddity?

New wheels and tires...

 

My 2013 came without the dash flag badge, so I put an extra JCW logo on (the door whose existence remains unspoken) here.

 

That looks sweet! way better than the checker IMO. I noticed the checkerboard didn't come with mine... and I'm glad, looks better without it or with the badge like you put on.
