All the UK spec JCW's stopped being supplied with the small chequered badge on the dash when they introduced the N18 engine

I am not generally a fan of stripes, but that color combo of pepper white and silver striping, running straight down the center of the car, is stunning....well done

 

JCW Clubman - Very Nice.

JCW Coupe - Recaro seats = awesome. Wing up in the rear when parked , gives it the extra contour. I know there is a wing up wing down debate. Last time I had the wing up. More people liked it.

Finally someone else with the factory GP2 Recaros! I absolutely love mine. I think the one thing that I can "one up" you on is that my hardtop has *matching* back seats in the Recaro alcantara Love your coupe!

Wow, those are nice. I have the Recaros in my Coupe but they don't look like those. I guess mine are alcartara/leather because the seating surface looks the same as that pic. I really like 'em but there's no logo nor the cutouts.

 

Yea, US Recaros are what you have with the leather / alcantara, these are the Euro Recaros which are leather version or alcantara / leather . In the link

We never got the Euro version here.. well we have them.

 

I've seen those many times! It's cool that Mini offers Sportster CS in alcantara with the JCW logo like that. That's "all" they are (they're awesome) is Recaro Sportster CS. I've had the pleasure of sitting in them many times in other cars, and they're great. I actually like my "US" - or whatever we call them here - Recaros, better. They are OEM GP2 Recaros, albeit without the red stitching. Like I said though: I have the factory matching rear seats in the same alcantara fabric as the front GP2s. I wouldn't have it any other way.

EDIT: OH! And for *anyone* who likes to actually lean their head back on the headrest... generally speaking, Recaro Sportsters are not as comfortable as the GP2s. The headrest on the US GP2 Recaros is placed properly, and well-padded.

 

Nothing too extravagant - bought for me daughter really, but some bling on her. Carbon interior and exterior bits (mirrors, A pillars, etc.)

Gosh that blue is so awesome. So glad mini got rid of the silver trim in th cabin. What does mini call that blue?
