I have 5mm wheel spacers all around so I could fit my wheels with summer tires. It is a very subtle change to the stance but is noticeable from stock. Don't have pics, but will try to get some and post up when I have a chance.

Go at least 12mm otherwise it's barely noticeable. I have some on mine and it helps the look of the stock offset a lot. And most come with them, just make sure longer bolts are included. I ordered mine from outmotoring.com

I took some of a customer we put 15mm on, I'll have to find and post them. I'll also put them on the website

Yes that has been the most common.

Can't find the pics in the many gigs of pics I've taken at the shop. Maybe the customer could post them as I think he is on here.

I just did spacers this past weekend, I will post photos later today. I went with 12mm in the front and 15mm in the rear with stock 18" pair spoke wheels. That puts my final offset at 39mm/36mm. I think 15mm would be too much in the front.

Okay, here's some spacer pics! These mainly show them from the side which I thought was most important. Let me know if you want to see additional pics.

interesting

Interesting, I have the same wheels 'chrisreece' . That looks pretty good. Did you need to get longer 'wheel bolts' or whatever they are called ? I hadn't thought about spacers on the Mini.
I have them on the Jeep and they are not bad, Give it a good wide stance. I'll have to look at the mini when it gets back home.

Here's a few more additional pics with 12mm spacers in the front and 15mm spacers in the rear.

Thanks!
I ordered 15mm all round. I"ll take a few before and after shots.
On an SUV too much poke can look odd and magnify that 4x4 look.

Installed. The pics I took in the garage don't really do it justice. Looks MUCH better now. 15mm is perfect for a proper OEM+ look. I'll try and get some better pics or better yet a vid of it going down the road where a bit better of a stance shows well.

Why would you want the tires to come out of the wheel wells? I don't get it...

I'm assuming you used longer bolts?

Which brand did you go with?

Pictures please!!! I just ordered mine from ECS. They come with the bolts needed for either 12mm or 15mm.

LOL - the wheels are not out of the wheel wells. That would look terrible. A flush look is all together different.

Stock

Stock wheels with 15mm spacers all around.

Seems like you could even go with a 20mm but I wasn't sure. Thanks ECS for the quick shipping and great service!! Now to get some power with an Ecutuninggroup tune and a few goodies from Way Motor Works.
