Our 2016 MC F57 just started having problems with the top not going all the way up or down. We are the only owner of this vehicle which has approximately 35K miles on it as we store it in the Ohio winters.

Question: Has anyone else experience any issues with their 3rd Gen convertible tops? Considering we have never put a new battery in this vehicle (now 6 years old), I'm wondering if the battery is doing anything to the programming of the computer, etc.. I have read where these cars are sensitive to low battery issues.

Battery might be low, it does draw a lot of power when you first put it down or up.
