F55/F56 Drive Train Malfunction - Software Update? P120408 Throttle Body sensor?
Drive Train Malfunction - Software Update? P120408 Throttle Body sensor?
Anyone know if these drive train malfunction - P120408 is exclusive to firmware update?
Used ODB2 scanner and the P120408 popped up (car scanner app but the torque pro did not show anything)
My F56 has this alert which goes away and comes back periodically. I notice at startup the car stutters (throttle seems to be off even if I'm not putting pressure on the peddle)
Issue goes away as I start to drive.
If you have this issue and did an update, what firmware # was it?
Also, did you take it into dealership or will these import auto shop have the firmware for it?
I'm out of warranty and I know the dealership will charge an arm and leg for it.. so wanted to get some insights before heading down there.
Thanks!
