New mini, need wheel spacers

Hi Everyone, first time posting here.

Just bought a 2016 Mini Cooper with 17 inch wheels and wanted to know which wheel spacer size fits the best so the wheels look flush with the flares.
And what brand is the best?

This is the Cooper

We've had many use our WMW 5mm spacers in the front
http://www.waymotorworks.com/5mm-whe...-f56-mini.html

and our 15mm spacers in the rear
http://www.waymotorworks.com/15mm-wh...-f56-mini.html

this made the car we had look pretty flush and didn't rub.

I just have examples of a few with the F56 17" as posted above, as the wheels spacers are new to the F56 game.

Every car set up dependent on wheels and lowering will set different. The Best way to find out is to do the wheel measure with your set up now before spacers. You just need some common household tools and go out to your car on a level surface.

Here is a great video to show you how to measure for spacers to get that flush look.

Then the spacers are linked above, all sizes.

What if I'm running the 18" stock wheels? Would those dimensions work too?

Yes, the wheel is bigger so if really lowered you might be closer to the wheel well. Stock height you are fine. But the ET 54 is the same offset for the 17" and 18" stock wheels .

Awesome! So even when taking tight corners I should be fine at stock height? On my R56 I kept everything stock. But now I'm exploring a little further with my F56 so forgive me if I sound like a noob.

I have ECS spacers on my Audi SQ5. Never had an issue with them. They are of great quality.

By they way, great choice on color!

Before I modified my JCW's stance I went to Harbor Freight (you know, cuz all us been dare) and bought some real cheapo plastic measuring devices that were reasonably accurate and figured with a 12.5 spacer up front ,none in back, I could use a 7.5 wheel with abackspacing of ET45 on which I could safely mount 235/40/17 rubber. WOW-they fit with NO RUBBING. Plus the car looks real BADASS.

Any pics? Are you talking about the F56 as that width offset doesn't seem possible?

i just lowered mine with NM springs

I have the 17X8 stock wheels with 215 series pilot super sports

I am running 15mm all around. I dont have any rubbing, however, i think the fronts are just a tad wide

(ignore the leaf in the background, that is a friends)

I have kw coilovers with 10mm front 15 mm rear. I think in general the fronts will always poke 5mm more than the rear depending on camber.
