F55/F56 Straight Piped F56
Straight Piped F56
Is this anyone here?
I'm looking into something like this but want to know how loud it really is. Video or any advice would help!
Basically I'm looking at a muffler and reso delete with some new 70mm pipes.
P.S. If anyone knows where i can find good SS 70mm (2.75in) pipes please let me know as well. I've found some but they are expensive...

Its pretty loud on the straight pipe version I have heard, nice sound , but it tends to drone at certain RPM on the highway.
Otherwise the JCW Sound kit or the Milltek non resonated are loud and no drone.

The quietest in aftermarket we have is the Milltek resonated. Well other then that is to run cat-less with the stock OEM muffler.

One of my coworkers has a muffler deleted F56 S and it sounds great. It's not loud in my opinion. Personally I have a F56 Cooper with muffler delete as well, and it sounds fantastic and not too loud. I would not delete the resonator though, you may get some drone without that in there

Thats my F56! :D those are Flowmaster tips 4inch. I got them for $40 at a local muffler shop. Resonator and muffler delete. I paid $100 total. Cold start is very loud, but when driving around town on the highway its not loud at all

Tell me more about it. Does it drone much?
I saw someone on the LXM page built a 3" with a muffler that's LOUD.
