I finally tried Apple Music through my Bluetooth in my '15S. WOW. It's shows the album covers and the sound quality is a vast improvement over Sirius. I have a few months left on my Sirius contract, but I may not renew.

And when you fail to renew with Sirius, be prepared to be hounded day and night for the rest of your natural life.
I made the mistake of activating my one year free service, decided after a few weeks that I wasn't interested in it.
Fast forward three years later (two years after the end of the free period) and I get phone calls and snail mail constantly, especially after a service at the dealership.
I will *not* be activating my free year in the new car.

That said I'm really glad to hear this about Apple Music, I've been using it since launch and really like it. What about Podcasts? Do those show art or extended data as well?

The images are the same ones on my iPod classic. I just tried it today. Tomorrow I am driving about 30 miles east and through some weak cell areas. Thinking positive.Originally Posted by ECSTuning

Bottom line, the ability to use my music with bluetooth along with the Harmon Kardon upgrade is a real win for me.

I just renewed Sirius on my Audi. What a joke ( like dealing with a used car dealer). They sent me a bill for $204 ( including a bogus music royalty fee). I finally got to talk to someone from New Delhi and they lowered the fee to $95 and change.Nice f#%#ing try.Originally Posted by hanzov69

Early on I made the mistake of actually talking to someone from Sirius. When I told them that I wasn't interested in paying $15 a month, they started negotiating. When they asked how much I would be willing to pay a month, I told them $2. Originally Posted by dpcompt

The salesperson followed up with some offer that would be like $5 a month for three months and then $10 a month thereafter. I pointed out that was much higher than $2 and they said something like "But it's really close to $2!".
I laughed.
and Laughed.
and Hung up.

Is anyone getting Apple Music to properly update album art/song info on the screen when wired in? I didn't have any luck when I tried it and have stuck with Spotify.

At 63yo, I am a dinosaur when it comes to tech. But, when I connect to my my car via bluetooth, everything works including songs from Apple, not just songs in my iTunes account.Originally Posted by Pennengr

I haven't tried Apple Music yet! But with MINI Connected, I get album artwork and all the functionality of Spotify displayed on my center instrument. I can only get album artwork with Spotify if I'm using it through the MINI Connected app, though, so it's pretty cool that Apple Music allows artwork just through bluetooth alone!
Today, I drove about 30 miles through an area that has weak cell reception. The Apple Music worked flawlessly.
