List of all my mod's

Well had my Mini for over 50 days and all I can say I had thought the new would start going away but to be truthful I still have the same love as I did when I picked it up. LOL

Well I have done a lot in the past 50 days as far as Mod's go.

1) Blacked out all the chrome body trim and headlight trim and taillight trim.

2) Window tint.

3) Hood stripes.

4) Rearview JWC mirror cover.

5) Painted break calipers red.

6) Tented head lights and tail lights and fog lights.

7) Added Black and grey scuttles to sides.

8) Wrapped front grill red.

9) Replaced antenna to carbon fiber shortie.

10) Added RED Rimblades to wheels.

11) Replaced welcome door lights to happy face.

12) Added Carbon fiber license plate frame cover .

13)Added Door lock wings.

14) Added Real carbon fiber door handle covers (ordered)

15) Added Real carbon fiber JCW side mirror covers (ordered)

16) Added iPhone cupholder adapter.

17) Painted gas cover black. Soon will add real carbon fiber cover.

18) Bought Blue apple watch to match car LOL !

Looking good. What did you use to black out the chrome around the grill?

Black 3m wrap it was better than painting it or taking it off the car and it was not that hard you can do it in two peaces and you do not see a seam if you do it right. Can see the seams even up close.

Looking sharp!
2 questions.
1. Where did you order the door handle covers?

2. What brand of paint kit do you recommend for the brake calipers? I have never done this before so have no idea the level of difficulty, but I'm dying to try it.

ebay for the covers
I used a Dupli color kit. Any Car parts store or Walmart has it!

Very nice. I love all the CF accents. I really enjoy how they look on the blue as well. Do you plan on doing any of your interior bits in CF?

+2 on this.
I ordered rimblades for my husband's F55 in red and got them a few weeks ago. They are sitting in the garage, probably not going to get used as they aren't a nice dark red, more of an orangey red. :(
Maybe another brand will be a better match to the red we are looking for.
On the opposite end, I ordered Pink rim blades for my car and they are more red than pink :D.

12) Added Carbon fiber license plate frame cover .

13)Added Door lock wings.

16) Added iPhone cupholder adapter.

What did you use on the tint for the tail lights? that appears to be the finish I am going for. I had vinyl on my previous car, but it wouldn't stretch around the corners well.

There's another seller there for $140 shipped. How much was shipping with yours? Also, it looks like it's an overlay, you apply it on top of the OEM mirror cap, not removing the OEM and replacing it with this, right?
