Hey Guys someone finally posted a vid of what a 3 cyl justa sounds like with an exhaust from the exterior. Ive been dying to find a video before I modded my exhaust as the stock one is just too quiet. Just thought I would post as I am sure there are others with 3 cyl f56s wanting to modify the exhaust.

Dying to have something like this available in the US. I'd like some extra growl for my putt-putt.

I removed the exhaust entirely, with some help from the Sutton Street Garage. No regrets! Now I can shift by ear, and know whether the car is running!

Noisy now? Heck no - not hardly.

Cheers,

Charlie

Sounds fantastic - and yes I am waiting for performance exhaust options for the Cooper. We all know the 3 cylinder is one of the better sounding Mini's ever

No better Xmas day gift, this post hehe

Still would love more sound clips of this....

I'm probably going to just end up doing it, but was hoping to hear more of how it sounds.

The newly released "NoneAtAll" brand muffler on Gollum is also unparalleled for weight reduction. Compared to the stock unit it is INFINITELY lighter.

And after rolling down to Nashville from Boston it is still quiet - really.

Finally bit the bullet and had the muffler deleted today....sounds awesome!

It sounds pretty mean, very deep, but oddly quiet...the 3 cyl makes such a unique sound. I'd say its part classic BMW Inline 6, mixed with old Porsche, mixed with Fiat Abarth....makes a good sounding combo. Mild hum on the freeway. If you are looking for more noise out of your B38....go do it!
