I also would like to know this. I did this to my front driver's side rim yesterday and it about broke my heart @_@
i believe the paint code is BMW 303 which is for black cosmos metallic. i also need to clean up 2 scuffed wheels.
most forums state that any "glossy black" will do but i would like to get it as accurate as possible.
a quick search online has already located a pen for pretty cheap. you'll also need to purchase the clear. i did a scuff on my body and at first the thunder grey did not match. the moment i put the clear, it seemed to match almost perfectly.
black should be much easier to match than grey. i'll probably guy this and do before/after pictures.
Ok, I went the cheap way... I've always just used a black Sharpie and it works really well. Then again my JCW wheels are a sort of semi-flat black; not flat and not high gloss, somewhere in the middle.

Yeah, I get it, but my F56 wheels have a glossy finish. I think the Kroydon kit I bought might work. Hope so.

I did the curb rash thing the first weekend I had my new MCS. So far, I have tried to ignore the minor injury. That said, I like the black Sharpie approach. Gonna give that a try after the next wash.
I thoight black rims would be less worry but I think I'm wrong. Last night I shined my 16" black rims and reading this post, makes me be very careful, lol.

I worked in a factory making racing dinghies with mixed carbon and black-anodised aluminium masts. The black sharpie was known as the "instant anodiser" for any scratches during manufacture....
