I would expect some east coast 2015 will hit dealers this week.
Earliest build complete was 7/1. Then likeliest earliest boat date would have been 7/3. Add in 7 days to get across the ocean and 2 days minimum to dealer, your looking at first cars this week.
Add about 14 days more for first to west coast dealers.
I actually can't wait to see the 2015's, mainly because of the LED fog lights.
We got the LED fogs with the LED Headlights (w cornering lights) so we will be excited to see them too. Still at the port waiting for a place on a ship. I'm thinking a Mini is small enough to fit in the cargo hold of a 747.... hmmmm....

It fits ... (go to about 6:30 if you are impatient)
When did yours get to a port? How far from the port are you?
I'm only about 5-6 hours drive time to the port (according to Google), but dealer says it takes 4-7 days to get to the dealer. I'm on Grand Duke that is scheduled to pull into Brunswick tomorrow morning.

Thanks! I was just kidding of course. These must be manufacturer vehicles going to a press event. I can't imagine anyone could afford that shipping fee.

Yep, I believe they were on their way to the Puerto Rico launch event.
I've sure this has been covered to death but is there any reason to wait for the 2015 F56? My dealer says they're coming in 3 weeks but I found a 14 that's perfect. Is there any difference besides a marginally better resale value down the line with a '15 model year?

standard auto climate control
LED Halo foglights
better resale value
possibly less issues and better build quality since the kinks have been worked out of production??
You might be able to score a better deal on a '14 though.
Seems like half the fun with Mini is ordering what you want though and tracking it on the way here!

2015s are landing in US ports as we speak. A couple different options in the 15 on the configurator. Some things are included now (auto air for example) that weren't on the 14, but price for 15 also went up.
What is this referring to? F56 models do not have "halo" fog lights. 2015 F56 models have available LED headlamps and available LED fog lamps just like the 2014 models (no changes there).
LED halo fog lamps will be standard (S models) or available on the 2015 "R5x/R6x" models.

This confused me too. If you go on the MiniUSA site and build a cooper S, the image for the LED foglights have changed, they have a DRL ring around them like the 2015 country/paceman have. I have a feeling Mini added that image for the cooper by accident but my MA confirmed that my '15 MCS that I have on order will have the LED foglights with the halogen ring.
