OK, not exactly an F56, but nowhere else to put this so far.

It's not too bad. It is great for people who...
A) have kids
B) want something fun to drive
C) do not want to saw your kids legs off.

MINI is actually referring to it as a F55 Five(5) Door Hatch, I'm surprised the Motoring File is usually more accurate , they got it right elsewhere on their own site !
I'm really confused because it can't be much smaller than the Countyrman and seems to dilute that market?

The Countryman feels so much bigger (roomier) and sits so much higher than the Cooper. It seems like this is more closely related to the Clubman. A real third door, add a fourth door and change the back to hatch.

If I were more practical I might have waited. But I'm not. The kids'll be fine in back of the two door.

I like it
Would probably have chosen it over the 56
Longer wheelbase/ less choppy
But...
I am old...ER

Good to see what Electric Blue is going to look like even if I'd never buy the four door.

I was thinking the same thing, the Electric Blue looks great on the new body.

I'll be in the minority. I don't like it. Looks stretched. Seems that MINI is starting to get a bit nuts with all of the various models. JMO. There will surely be customers who will opt for it.
