I thought it came standard. Weird. Also, are yours pics posted somewhere?

You need the storage package for the passenger side netting.

The netting came in my base F56 with sport package. I thought it was standard, as well.

That's good to know I got the sport package. That thing has been pretty handy in my R56.

Comes with the MCS Storage Pkg.
( Boot shelf, storage pouches on rear of front seats, little net on passenger console,
12V power socket in luggage compartment, and a cargo position for the rear seat bench.)
Doesn't come with Sport Pkg.
Funny how sometimes things come w/o order
Easier to include it on the line than change it out if there was a mistake
Bonus!!

Ah dang, I agree. Doesn't seem like it'd be too difficult to retrofit.

Other than in my signature, I did post this one picture -- link below. My MCS has nothing unusual to look at. It has the standard MCS black interior with paddle-shifters, DDC, Wired/Wired Upgrade Packages. 16" Loops and sat. radio. I've been very pleased with the car -- happy with the interior, performance, handling, etc.

I don't see the netting mentioned in the Configurator, but I guess it's with the Luggage Compartment Tray. BTW, I hear the lid on that tray can be ordered by itself so you can have a flat floor back there. Don't know the part number.

Yes, it is really irritating that they nickel & dime you for so many of these little features -- except it's $50, $100 & $250. However, I was really pleased to see the little lights at the bottom and sides of the doors -- nice surprise.

Yea I'm gonna look at my R56 tomorrow and see how it attaches. I'm sure we can figure out something.

Definitely part of the Storage package. From the Build-a-mini site that option says "Includes: Storage net in passenger footwell..." and much more.

Will have to get a part # for the netting in addition to that for the lid on the luggage tray. My iPod rests in that little tray where it makes the USB connection -- pretty much out of sight.

Hey, you folks have those lights -- right? Two lights in the exterior door handles and one that is in the bottom of the door that lights up the ground when getting out.

I have those lights, as well. I thought they came with the Mini Excitement package, which I never requested during the order process, but is listed on my window sticker.

Yep, I see that Package on the Justa model Configurator. Doesn't look like it can be chosen on the MCS. Maybe it should have been standard on the MCS? Anyway, I have asked the MA about getting the netting on mine.

I got the ZSP Sport Pkg . . . no psngr side net. No 12v outlet in the trunk, no netting? Ahhh. . . you have to pay for the storage pkg for those things!!

But hey, I gotta an F56 S with the cool HUD that I don't use!!

Now the big question......
Will the 12v outlet in the rear cargo area charge your IPOD/Pad while the vehicle is parked?
Is it live when the car is off?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that was standard on mine as was the netting in the footwell and backs of seats. There was no Storage Package in 2007.

Yeah, I was thinking that also while reading this.
Our '13 and '14 both came with the passenger netting and the rear outlet standard.
I know we didn't order them.
I stumbled upon the outlet about 6 months after taking delivery of the wife's '13 R56 S

It seems though the base price has not increased, the non included list of things that used to be standard has made up the difference.
Next year if you want pedals, you'll need to buy the "Foot Package".

Those that didn't get the net does it still have the place to attach it?

Well instead of worrying about retrofitting, I stopped by my dealer today and had them add the storage package. Luckily my car was still in the early stages of production and the package was able to be added with no problem.
