Mini of Nashville called, "Your" 2014 Blazing-Red-Metallic MCS is on our Showroom ...

Hello Gang.

We received the phone call that the
2014 Blazing Red Metallic MCS
was at Mini of Nashville.

Just waiting for us to drop by and pick it up.

They had it detailed and was sitting in their
Showroom.

Briefly I will say that it is truly a very
modern machine.

There is nothing about it I don't like.

Good looking color you chose. Lots of fun ahead for you.

Colors like that red, also the VO and the white help to make a small car more visible to others.

Man it is one very nice machine.

I have zero complaints in regards to it.

Oh and as far as the front-end, it looks just fine to Cathy & I.

Speaking of Bro John ........

He is leaving for the, (Tail of the Dragon) tomorrow.

Then when he gets back he is changing positions at Mini of Nashville.

He will be a Service Advisor/Consultant when he returns after his vacation.

The Blazing Red Metallic is an Awesome color on the MCS.

We both are glad we went with that color once we saw it today in the sun.

Bob,

I'll cover some things with you.

1st off I didn't know what to expect in regards to the new front end.

It looks just absolutely fine to me.
I see nothing at all wrong or horrendous about it period.
In fact I actually like the way it looks in front.

The rear-end of it is totally awesome looking.

The interior is so badddddddddddddd

Glad we did that red with the leather as it looks so darn killer.
(Especially if seen in person)

Oh, here is something I really-really like, the daytime LED running lights.
Man those things look so bad-*** and you can't miss seeing them.

Oh, my rep went ahead and got our X/M satellite radio on for us.
So, I went in and adjusted the tone controls and man the H/K rocks.

The seats fit perfect as I thought they might from the reviews I had read.

We went with the 18" wheel & tire package.
Plus the adaptive suspension.
Even with the 18" run-flats the ride is A-OK here where we live.
We don't live in the Northern States so our roads & interstates are not all beaten up.

I tried the Sport out and it does change several parameters as it says it will.

Actually I think I like the Middle/Default to be honest.

The MCS has so much power to me it does not need the Sport Position to get things done.

Plus I think I like the ride better in the Default position.

I am very anxious to drive it at night in the near future to try out those LED headlights and LED fog lights.

Just turning them on in the garage they look super Bright !!!

Oh, and also those new, (Turning) lights also.

Say, we did do one thing different today.
We decided to do the 24 month finance plan.
The reason being to establish some new credit.
We just always just use our Debit Card when we purchase things.
So, we don't really have any new credit like for a car purchase.
Well, that was cool we did that as we got a, ($300.00 Credit) for doing it off our 1st pmt.
And that pmt. is not even due until June something.

Plus, it gets even better buddy, we also got another $250.00 Dollars for Mini Loyalty.

Total, $550.00 Dollars so man things went very well today at our Mini of Nashville dealership.

Also got a $50.00 Dollar Voucher to use at the parts dept.

Plus I got a Mini Cap & XL Mini Tee-Shirt.

This buying experience has been the very best of all the transactions I have done buying cars over the yrs.

The rep even made the call for us to our Ins. Co. and had them instantly E-Mail our Temporary Ins. Cards for the 2014 MCS.

Now if it will quit raining for a day or so I would like to take it out for a drive.
(A longer drive I should say)

Terry

Yes we did.

We ordered everything that to us either added to it's appearance or functionality.

As it turned out for us we did order the right options.

It looks awesome and has all the right whistles & bells.

Just my personal take after driving mine some ...

My personal opinion,

I have now driven mine enough I have some things I can share.

The MPG is great.
It got today like 37 MPG at 75 MPH with cruise set.
That was with it set to the default middle position.

I did try it a little in the Sport position and as has been mentioned it does make a difference.

I did move it back to the default position and it does just fine.

The LED Headlights, LED Fog-Lights & Cornering-Lights are ... AWESOME !!!

They are totally the baddest lights I have ever seen much less owned on any vehicle I have had.

Seriously they light the road up like it is Daylight.
Turn a corner and those Cornering-Lights come and they light up the side where you are turning completely.

I had the opportunity to use the (Brights) tonight and they light up everything way the heck down the road.

I am so glad we ordered all the LED lights as well as those
cornering-Lights as they are as I said, Terrific !!!

Oh, the H/K running with the X/M satellite radio is Killer.
I luv the H/K on this MCS.

One more thing I finally figured out some of the Nav. and man it works so cool.

Almost forgot to mention I finally while driving it tonight back home I touched the Talk BTN. and told it to change X/M channels and that is nice.

Speaking of those New Seats in MCS .........
Your going to fall in Luv with them.

Well if your not some Fat *** that is.

Seriously if you are just a normal frame person they really fit very nicely.

Hey, that extra storage compartment really comes in handy under the back floor behind the rear seats.
(Extra Cost Item)

Also another nice touch we both like is the Red enhancements we ordered for the interior.

It looks great with the black leather interior and the Blazing Metallic Red exterior color.

There just is so much to try to think of to talk about.

Oh, the noise level inside the cabin at 75 MPH with cruise on is unbelievably quiet.

You will luv the silence in this new MCS folks.

Did I mention the ride is very-very nice even with our optional 18" wheel & tire package.

We do have the Adaptive Suspension and as I said I mainly drove it in the Default position so I think that softens up the suspension.

In any case the point is the ride is excellent compared to our traded in 2011 MCS.

Hi Bob,

Buddy I have been already out in it since we took delivery.

It is one awesome machine.

I have fell in Luv with those LED Headlights with Cornering-Lights.
Plus the LED Fog-Lights !!!

The H/K sound system is really rocking.

So far it looks like the mileage is between 35-37 MPG at speeds between 70-75 MPH with cruise on.
