Max Headroom

Any difference between with and without a sunroof? How much?

oh, and my non-scientific study on your headroom question - yes, there is quite a bit of difference. I'm 6'1" and I sat in an F56 with a sunroof and the hair on my head was touching the roof. When I sat in an F56 without the sunroof, I had plenty of headroom.

Thanks. Felt that way to me too. I just didn't sit in both the same day so wanted to make sure it wasn't my imagination (and distraction from the torque on the test drive).

6'5", w/sunroof my head hits the hard edge of sun roof opening; w/o sunroof I have about 1/2" of clearance. The seat is adjusted to the completely down position. Seems like 1" to 1.5" difference based entirely on my unscientific observations.

Great show +

I'm 5' 11" and have plenty of headroom with the sunroof. A sunroof is an absolute must for me. I'm very happy my hair isn't touching the screen panel when closed. I've had THAT problem on other cars.

I'm glad to hear about CobraBob's clearance. Since I'm 5'11" and don't have ANY hair, I should be even better off!

I am 6'2" and due to my size sit a bit higher. I'm just hoping headroom with the sunroof is as good as the R56 with the seat adjusted all the way down. If not, this'll be my wife's car. :-(

I'm 6'4" tall. I've owned an '06 R50, a '10 R56, and now a '12 R60, all with sunroofs. I have never even come close to having a headroom issue.

Sat in one today and if you fit well in an R56, you'll fit well in an F56. Legroom, headroom, shoulder room all very comparable. I think there's a bit more perceived legroom due to the console being positioned a bit further back.

I'm relieved. I was nervous about the R56 purchase 7 years ago as I ordered that sight unseen too.

Looking forward to it, but I realized I"m going to have to give up my DSOC badge on my sig!
