Pretty quick work by the guys at H&R.

Lowers the car 30mm front and rear.

They are 139 euro's on German eBay, which seems good value

When I added H&R lowering springs to my R53 MCS, the ride was far too harsh...actually, a major reason why I sold the car. I haven't installed lowering springs in any car since.
I also don't like that a car's front bumper and mid jack points can scrape over speed bumps (depending on their height) after the car has been lowered.
But I can't deny that most cars look much better when lowered!

The big question is this: can they/you put the lowering springs on the adjustable suspension without screwing it up, or just use them with the standard suspension? I would think the latter but I don't know. These lower the car 1.25", more than the JCW suspension I think it's less than an inch.

I have NM springs on my r57 yet to scrape anything and has the same drop , now if you have a lowered front facia might have to be more careful but 1.2 inch drop is not very aggressive Mine rides better than stock to me and have multiple friends say the same. Not sure if this completely relates to the 3rd Gen but thought I would share anyway
