Ordered my Blazing Red base hardtop today with automatic, sports seats, cold weather package, victory wheels, and fog lights and was able to squeeze a $500 discount from being a 3rd time buyer from the MA and dealership and USAA member. MA had to go to bat for me to get the discounts (had a discount documented from another dealer) as they were not wanting to give them out for a new and relatively high demand car. Now the 8-10 week wait.

I'll be undergoing a similar experience next week, I hope...except that my new ride will already be there. This will also be my third car from the same dealership, and I'm hoping they'll be as cooperative as your dealer.

 

Did you get a test drive? How did the 3 cylinder perform?
What color roof?

Black roof. 3 cylinder was impressive with its smoothness and torque. Liked the sound too.

 

Sports Suspension? Did you test one? Did you order it?

 

Not the sport suspension, didn't test drive it or order it.

Is Blazing Red a metallic paint? The configurator doesn't call it metallic but does add $250 for this color only. Is it metallic or standard, and why $250 instead of zero or $500?

 

It is a metallic paint just like the green, blue, and silver colors. Not sure why the price difference other than being metallic. Volcanic orange and pepper white are not metallic and 0 charge.
