F55/F56 Status of my 2014 "Blazing Red Metallic" MCS, tigerhonaker
So that is all I know to say.
Looks like it will be one of those things where we wait until our Status changes to the next process.

Terry, I think you'll soon see a change in status. I ordered my MINI S on 2/12. Just noticed this morning that my status changed from Scheduled For Production to Awaiting Transport. So it's been built and is now waiting for a ride to the U.S. My excitement level has just been bumped up a notch. LOL. I just know your own MINI S status is going to soon change to Scheduled For Production, my friend.

I did read where you are now going to be in the, (Driver's-Seat) in the near future.

I'll just hang lose until my status changes and things on my end move forward.
Oh, I just read over on the other Thread the JCW wheels I was very much considering "Won't" fit from the 2013 to our new 2014 Models.

That would have been cool but if they won't fit so much for that.
I did order the 18" optional wheels anyway and was going to do a Trade with that Friend of mine for his JCW Black Wheels.

Yeah, I read where the lug spacing specs have changed for the F56. Sorry theose wheels you wanted won't fit. But like you said, you did order the optional wheels for your MINI. And there surely will be quite a few aftermarket wheel choices.
Well if they would have fit I was going to give them a try.
That is if my buddy was going to do a trade that made sense.
As it stands though I really don't care as I can simply roll with what's coming.
This way there will be no issues when serviced as the 18" wheels will be coming on the MCS.
I did just jump over on the Mini USA owners site and status is still, ... On Order
No worries on this end not like I am going anywhere so when it happens is just fine.

Oh, I am so glad your's is on it's way soon to you.
Maybe you will not be a Stranger and come back and let me know what you think ???

Well i was told by Dealer April.
Or another way to put it,
6 to 8 weeks from the time I ordered it.
Makes me wonder now as it still says, ... On Order

Terry, call your dealer and ask them to follow up. I believe you put your order in before mine, so it really should at least be "scheduled for production". Unless one of the items in your configuration is not in inventory. I know that sometimes the automated web status isn't 100% up-to-date.

Just checked again and it still shows ... On Order
I was at my Dealer the other day and same exact thing from them checking.
My opinion is it is something in my (Order) that they don't have for production.
So it will remain as it is until whatever that is comes in for them to then change my (Status).
No worries it will happen sometime this year I think.

It will just be a wait until they get whatever items they need to do the car.
In our case it is not like we can't wait.
Like most people we would like to have it "Sooner" than "Later".

Well at least it is consistent everyday, ... still, ... On Order

Attention,
Now I do know what is going on with my order.
I had to pick up my 2011 MCS this afternoon so while there went by and chatted with my Sales Rep.
Here is what he found out looking at my order on his screen.
Looking at my order the, (Harman/Kardon) sound system was, (REMOVED) from my order.
The pricing was still correct as we had ordered it but the H/K was, (REMOVED).
We both concluded that they (Removed) it as well as Changing the order to I think a Status-3.
(Something like that)
Meaning we think it is on The-Back-Burner until the Factory gets the next supply of H/K products.
Then my Status will change to Scheduled-for-Production and the H/K will then be Added back to the Order.
Also, since obviously mine is just sitting around until the H/K parts arrive I could make changes to the order.
I added the "Optional" Rear-Deck-Spoiler.
Rear Spoiler item #325, $250.00 dollars

Well, at least you know why it has been stuck in "On Order". It also explains why my own order (placed 2 weeks before yours) made it through production and then other later orders were stalled. I can now see how the inventory can run short for a time, waiting on more inventory. Hopefully the H/K units will be in very soon. But at least you were able to add the rear spoiler.
