2015 Mini Cooper S DSC or ABS Brakes problem

Its being doing this for several days now. While driving normal, a sudden throttle lift causes the car to brake by itself. Also a sudden change in direction triggers the same thing. It stays braking for a few seconds and slowly releases the brakes. Getting to stopsigns or stoplights its now a problem, the car stays braking for a while after releasing the brakes. No warning or check engine light at all of any kind. No faults in the scanner. If someone knows anything about this please help. Im willing to try fix it myself if possible.

Thank you for your response. Have you tried disconnecting the DSC in order to determine if that's the cause?

Thanks for replying so quickly!
I'm taking mine to MINI of Tampa Bay tomorrow. It's been raining buckets around here, so I hope they can test under the right conditions.

Thanks for the input, @deba89. I'll keep you posted from my meet at MINI.
This being a serious safety issue I wonder if there is an internal bulletin addressing it.
