That movement in your first video, I would call that normal based on the design. OEM engine mounts are designed to make the engine smooth and noiseless in the cabin. The result is a lot of movement and flexibility of the OEM engine mounts.

The lower engine mount, the one many refer to as the dogbone mount due to it shape, is the one that controls the fore/aft movement of the engine. Replacements for that are relatively inexpensive and effective.
The upper mount has a new revision as of about October or so of last year that might last longer. Engine Mount 22118835566
I’d be surprised if it’s any more durable. BMW has been using these liquid filled engine mounts for a couple decades. They just have short service lives.
