Comb connector

I have purchase a project car that I am in the process of tearing down and fixing. The main harness that comes out from the firewall goes underneath the battery and along the right(passenger) fendorwell. The harness is damaged at the comb connecter and the connectors at the lights. I have a several question on the harness. Does anyone know if the harness can be replace with a factory replacement for just that section which includes the comb connector? Can the comb connector be replaced? From tearing open the comb connector their is a compound that covers the connectors. If replacing the comb connector which connectors (terminals) are these. The parts breakdown has several (1mm,5mm...).

Just bypass it. Most connectors are designed for when they are putting the car together. Just cut all the wires and extend them and rejoin. Soldier and heat-shrink. Done!I've extended the wiring looms in my F56 on several occasion without issue.
