Of course, MINI Financial knows nothing about this. Nor does Ask MINI. I called them both and was directed back to my dealer. Dealer is "looking into it."

Well, the good news is I asked everyone and his brother about loyalty or any other incentives way back at time of order. I think I even have some emails from Ask MINI. I'm hopeful they'll do the right thing.
I just got a robo email back from MINI.sales already:
Hello,
Your email has been received. Please be advised that we are working through requests as we receive them.
Thank you for your patience.
Kindest regards,
The MINI Sales Team

So the question is why hide it? Why wouldn't the sales manager at a MINI dealer know about this? Do they have a way of keeping this money for the dealership without letting it to a customer?
Seems very odd that with car sales in the dumps they wouldn't want to use this money.

Don't want to talk out of school, but I did learn that MINIUSA has eliminated and "consolidated" some regional positions and MINI USA is saying they understand the market and have a plan.
Apparently among those who are trying to sell these cars, there is scant evidence of said plan.
What's really weird about this situation is that the people I spoke with at MINI USA and at MINI Financial had no clue about this program. I've been asking about loyalty or any other incentives since August and nobody knew nothin'. Except Krut. So, when I called my guy, he got on the phone to his inside people and hit pay dirt for me. In what world does this make sense?
After all this, I sure hope my new Clubman isn't pink
