Clubman Residual Value

What is the residual value of a clubman S in 3 years with 36,000 miles?

I would look at Car Guru or other sales sites for examples.

Depends on equipment (transmission choice especially), but somewhere around 50% of MSRP would be a good guess. Good deals are always to be had on Clubmans, so actual depreciation is less than that.

I’ve been looking to lease a Clubman S ALL4. I believe the RV is 64% on 36/12k. Subtract 2% for 15k and add 1% for 10k. These numbers are for 2018s.

Ive used this calculator to use MINI’s advertised lease prices for the month to determine buy rate MF and residual value. Just plug in the numbers from the fine print.

Clubman S or Clubman S ALL4? Any chance it’s a service loaner?

Residual value is set by the bank (which I assume is MINI FS). It’s a part of the lease formula that is non-negotiable.

So either their screwing with the residual value to increase profit in the deal or the car you’re looking at is a service loaner and they’re adjusting the RV based on the car’s current mileage. I think for BMW, loaner’s RV (5000k or less) are calculated using: (Mileage - 500) x 0.25

Thanks! It is indeed a BMW Exec car with 7,500 on it. Going to buy instead of lease - even though the lease price is really nice.
