I know most people lower them, and I think it looks amazing lowered. But I'm going for something like this I'll lower it once I move away from the snow

I doubt any place is going to offer a kit for lifting an F54 just based on the fact that very few people will do such a thing. I personally think it would look awesome.
www.m7tuning.com offers parts to lift Gen 2 Countryman's (countrymen?) granted these will not fit the clubman suspension, but maybe you could talk to them about possibly putting something custom together for you. It they did agree it would probably be $$$ but it's a starting point at the very least.

You could talk to KW and see how high their coilover set will go. Or they might be able to sell you a set with lengthened shocks.
Another option is to increase wheel or tire diameter. If you went with 19's and/or some tires with beefy sidewalls it could easily start to look like a crossover. The one you posted doesn't really look like it has a lift on it, just a larger tire size.
Where on earth do you live where the stock ride height isn't enough to clear snow?

Possible some vendors in ten future might have a kit. I know some companies that are developing more coilover options for the F54. But have to keep that on the down low.
