Those "options" are just scripts, or shortcuts to expert mode.
The author included only a few popular options.
You'll need to go into expert mode to program the mirrors.
See my thread, in this section of the forum.

are you using iOS or android? i don't see the expert mode you are talking about. i got windows open/close working and handle lights on when reversing by just clicking activate. not sure why mirrors can't be like that.

Android has expert mode.

Go to BDC
Tap expert mode.
Find 3110
In 3110
find
ASP_BEIKLAPPEN set it to aktiv (werte=01) (That activates)
ASP_BEIKLAPPEN_BEI_KOMFORTSCHLIESSEN set it to (werte=01)
ASP_AUSKLAPPEN_NACH_KOMFORTSCHLIESSEN set it to (werte=01)

I wonder why nobody has put a translation into the software apps like ESYS or Bimmercode so we don't have to futz around with German?

Well, both softwares are German-made. Why would they?

Is there a setting for "seat heater: hotter" ? My dealer said they wouldn't do anything, as it is within the approved range. My previous Mini was hotter, and I'm very cold blooded.
I don't have this software, but this might drive me to get it, if I can change the seat heaters.

Because the English speaking parts of the world are large enough to make it worthwhile. I'd pay up for some English.

Stephan at Bimmercode has translated the most common to English.
As shortcuts.
You can always contact him to add shortcuts. I think he would be receptive.

Yes, there is:

You can increase the temperature of the seat heaters via hex values.

These are from BMW F10 should translate to MINI if you have a CFAS Module

Default
Seat Heater position 1 cushion Werte=20 (32° C)
Seat Heater position 2 cushion Werte=24 (36° C)
Seat Heater position 3 cushion Werte=2D (45° C)
Seat Heater position 1 back Werte=1D (29° C)
Seat Heater position 2 back Werte=21 (33° C)
Seat Heater position 3 back Werte=2B (43° C)

Front driver seat cushions:
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST1_KI
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST2_KI
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST3_KI

Front driver seat backs:
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST1_LE
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST2_LE
3007 SITZHEIZUNG, SHZ_TEMP_SOLL_ST3_LE

Thanks for the seat heating codes! (embarrasedly) I don't suppose there's anybody in the Chicagoland area who has this app and connector, and wants a visit from me? (/embarrasedly)

Hate to ask what may be a stupid question, but are you sure you have the folding mirrors option. I ask this because I read in another lengthy coding thread about someone with your problem and it turned out he had standard mirrors.

Well I can change the codes on the app and it shows. So I assuming if I don't have it then it won't show? I thought you as long as you have comfort access you can activate the folding mirrors option.

Can you fold them manually (with the switch on the drivers door)? Does the passenger side mirror dip when you put it in reverse? Do you have option code 313 (power folding mirrors) or option code ZCW (cold weather package) which i'm led to believe, on the F54 includes power folding mirrors.

We dont have a switch on the Canadian models. My passenger mirrors do dip when reverse. There's no cold weather package option in Canada but there's heated seats and manual said mirrors are heated automatically.

So you are saying I need the button on my door to have folding mirrors on my fob?

Remember, the car's software comes with many imbedded functions that require equipment that maybe is or maybe isn't actually on your particular car. There's stuff in there that only works on Rolls Royces!!

So, one can code functions on or off but nothing will happen unless the equipment required for that feature is on your car.

Mirrors have motors that adjust the mirrors and they can also be equipped with motors that fold the mirrors. If you don't have a button to activate mirror folding, then you probably don't have the required motors either.

It is possible that coding a non-existant feature might cause some sort of software conflict. There are people in the world who understand this deeply. Bimmerfest is one place to connect with coding gurus.

I went for Carly because it is perfect for tech trogs like me. I got the few things I wanted and now when I reverse, my doors light up and my mirrors dip less than before, which I like. And I can global close and I can fold my mirrors from my fob or the comfort button on the door so I just stand there grinning pretending to be a master of my universe as my sunroof closes and my mirrors fold in. Doesn't take much for me, sadly.

Ok that sucks... Canadians always get ripped off. Don't know why x1 and other cars have that feature but mini don't. Oh well at least I have the windows and sunroof open/ close. Thanks everyone. Sorry for the trouble
