Stuff stuck in taillights

Has anyone experienced this? I noticed when washing my Clubbie that some water gets in the surround of the taillight, but now I'm getting little leaf debris and even a bug or two in there as well.

Anyone have a trick they're using to clear this out or should I just blast the hose around the taillight to flush it out?

I've noticed a bit of moisture in mine, especially after washing. Thought I'd show it to the dealer when I bring it in for first service or the brake light recall. British car, as normal.

Well the good thing is that it doesn't appear to actually be in the section of the taillight that lights up and it dries shortly after washing. Its just an odd little gap between the sheet metal and the light itself.

I'm more annoyed that its collecting debris and bugs and need to figure out how to flush it out!

Drain holes? Right vs left lights switched at birth perhaps? Are there holes on top but not bottom? Just had a loaner but it's gone so can't look.

I noticed the exact same thing (bits of moisture here and there) just the other day, after washing my F54. No solid items yet, knock wood!

Maybe some gentle squirts of compressed air? I'd be leery of forcing anything in further, of course...not sure how it's constructed...

I recall seeing a previous post about this issue. My recollection is they called this to the attention of their dealer and were told you are SOL. You might want to search the forums....

I have the same issue, a couple of bugs in my taillight. I can't see how
to flush them out, anyone have any luck?

This problem is probably the reason why the 2018's have the black trim around the lights now.

I'm afraid I never found a great way to dislodge the debris. I tried focusing water around the lights with the hose with some only a bit of success.

That said, it seems over time most of the bugs I had have now worked themselves out.
