Push to start button install

What’s up what’s up ! so my 06 MCS has recently been giving me problems with starting as in I’ll put the key into the ignition and it’ll just click and I’ll have to pop the clutch to get it going and sometimes it’ll want to start up on the first turn, I’m pretty sure it’s the ignition switch since I’ve already replaced alternator, starter, battery and fuel pump and that’s my last resort to solving my problem, I was planning on just ordering a new ignition switch but why not save myself some money and install a push to start and install this cool little “mod” only thing is what wires would I have to tap into in the ignition switch to make it work since I haven’t found any detailed threads of anyone doing this to their own r53 besides that thread of a decade ago of that suppose OEM push to start and the other thread that eliminates the whole key fob. Hopefully somebody has done this and can give me some tips on this

that’s kinda dumb if you ask me you still have to use the key lol.

I was looking around today for a kit, and seen some on Amazon for 50-60$

If it “clicks” and then you have to pump the clutch to make a second attempt, it isn’t your switch, as evidenced by the starter clicking. It’s either a ground issue or the solenoid on the starter.
