Does anyone know if it's possible to pull the OEM ecu tune off and compare it to another similar vehicle?

Hypothetically, would it be possible to pull the tune off an i8 and compare it to the maps on a regular B38 to see how (dis)similar they are? I'm sure the i8 map will have a lot more auxiliary info about integration with ev components and stuff and I'm not concerned with that. Just wondering if it's possible to mimic the i8 fuel/boost map over to a regular B38 ecu.
