Was wondering if anyone has found led error free reverse lights for r56 2012 to be exact. I've tried the Philips led bulbs that someone mentioned in one of the posts but it's still giving me a bulb out error about 30-40 minutes into driving

I know they have them for r53 but do they work for r56 as well? I have the jcw body kit so I would only need one bulb because it only has one reverse light

but not for the R56 2011+ JCW led back up yet. Single one in the bumper. Have a pic of the bulb ? Might be able to match one up that we have canbus and by itself.

2011+ they moved the back up lights to the bumper and changed the bulb type.






But... , we have the same bulb swap in the 7/2004 rear back up light, Our Ziza light are all on sale.

LED Reverse Light Kit & its Canbus , so no bulb out errors , comes with two, so one can be used for one for the backup light and one for the rear fog light ( works if you have it coded and the toggle switch / cover.

Yep, i went and cross ref them to those oem bulbs and they are canbus, so you will be fine.

Just received the bulbs today however it says noncanbus on the back. Would it still throw codes at me?

 

Just saw this and I have an update, we found the ES2515362 non canbus longer bulbs will not work and will throw a bulb out code for the R56-R59 MINI Cooper w/ JCW rear bumper back up light on the passenger side. ON the Gen 1 R50-R53 MINIs they are fine. If you bought one for your JCW rear bumper MINI reverse light please contact us so we can get you the correct one.

These are the ones to use for the rear JCW bumper back up light.
