Front Turn Signals as Running Lights?

Is there an easy way to make the front turn signals in my R55 LCI light up as running lights, without having to make a bunch of wiring changes?

Carista had it in there menu for MINI, I did not test it in the MINI yet.

I have the Carly app on my phone, has the same option. However, when I make that selection, it turns on the whole headlight. Not sure if it’s because I have the factory HID lights or not, but that’s what it does.
