Using the key fob, the passenger side will not unlock but it will lock. Even after pushing the key fob twice it won't unlock. You can feel the motor trying to unlock but it won't. It locks fine. Is this a programming issue or how can this be fixed?

 

Seen this before. More than likely it's the door lock actuator.

 

Are there instructions anywhere on how to take the door panel off in order to replace the actuator?

 

the Bentley Repair manual is the best ones available.

 

I'm sure you can find a thread on here with instructions. It's pretty easy to take the door panels off.
