yessir...otherwise you'll get flickering problems or they wont turn on at all. you can also hard wire a resistor in the harness but the eliminator is better imo, its plug and play

Are we talking about parking lights or fogs? LEDs in the parking lights I can see this happening, but a simple change of H8 bulbs for the fogs shouldn't cause a problem...if we're actually talking about the fogs (front). I personally run Nokya 2500k Hyper Yellows, no problems here.
yep, worked fine for a couple of hours and then started to flicker like crazy. HID's are the way to go, imo, if you dont have oem xenons.

we are talking about putting aftermarket xenons into the foglight housing. Regular bulbs wont cause a problem because of the resistor in the bulb, but HID bulbs will because they are gas powered(resulting in a bulb out warning)

Gotcha, my bad. Didn't know they make a xenon setup for the fogs.
