Backing/Reversing lights - MCS 2007

Can anyone please advise how to go about installing and wiring backing lights on 2007 MCS? I see two plastic plugs at the back (presumably for rear fog lamps?) and a blank on the space where a toggle switch for rear fog lamps goes on the toggle switch panel. Instructions for installation, wiring, and inserting a new toggle switch will be much appreciated, along with information on where to buy the equipment for the modifications. Reversed the car for teh first time at night last night and realized something is missing!!!! something one takes for granted on any other car.

Thanks

Are you saying you have NO backup lights. That would be strange. Turn the car on (engine not running) put car in reverse and walk around the back of your car, you should see two backup lights I believe. If not then replace the bulbs they may just be burned out.

More than take for granted; backup lights are required by law. The backup lights on your MCS are the narrow white rectangles at the bottom of the taillights (both of them). Look in your Owner's Manual. If they aren't lighting up, the bulbs may be burned out or the switch that triggers them may be broken.
